We’re Looking For: 

A dynamic, seasoned Comfort Advisor who will contribute to our legacy of exceptional customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid track record in residential HVAC sales, showcasing their expertise in face-to-face interactions. We are on the lookout for a confident communicator with excellent organizational skills; someone who thrives in a customer-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct in-home consultations, identifying customer needs and proposing optimal HVAC solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest in HVAC technology, including geothermal and cold climate heat pumps.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their comfort needs are met efficiently.
  • Collaborate with our team to tailor retrofit solutions and new design proposals for both residential and small commercial clients.
  • Utilize technology effectively for sales tracking, customer management, and educational purposes.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: 

  • Proven experience in residential HVAC sales, demonstrating a successful history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a straightforward manner.
  • A knack for organization, capable of managing multiple projects and schedules effectively.
  • Comfort in leveraging computers and the latest technology for enhanced customer service and sales outcomes.
  • Motivation driven by a full commission structure, with a drive to achieve and exceed expectations.
