• Proven experience in residential, small commercial HVAC  & refrigeration service utilizing a 313A refrigeration license and minimum of G2 gas fitters license, $10 hour Bonus for G1 gas fitters license.
• We provide a focus on geothermal and cold climate high efficiency air source heat pumps with some refrigeration for walk in coolers and freezers.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a straightforward manner.
• Comfort in leveraging a tablet and the latest technology to complete work orders for enhanced customer service.
• Willingness to learn and attend regular training to keep up with the complex systems we sell and service.
• Ability to work individually and in team formations at times.
