Before and After Geothermal Repair

The original 24 year ground source heat pump was beyond its life expectancy of 20 years and leaking refrigerant. We replaced it with a new WaterFurnace that is approximately 200% more efficient when compared to original model, quieter and included a new WIFI ready thermostat to operate the geothermal heat pump.

21 year old rooftop unit that was receiving annual maintenance by another contractor, as you can see it was NOT always cleaned and has finally failed due to the dirt build up on the condenser coils. We replaced the roof tops with two new Trane Roof top units and cleaned up the site for easier service.

50-60 year old boiler- parts no longer available to keep it heating, when it was heating it was only ~55% efficiency. We installed 3 new high efficiency Canadian made trinity boilers that will save up to 40% on the annual gas bill for this church.
