How it Works
Installing today’s high-efficiency gas furnaces is a bit different than the simpler mid-efficiency furnaces permitted in Ontario before 2009.
Gas supply lines and exhaust venting have to meet current safety standards. Condensation has to be redirected to your cleanout. We could go on about the technical details, but the important things to know are:
- ATEL Air only employs licensed gas fitters who love what they do.
- As Certified Trane Dealers, we receive extra training on the fine points of installing Trane Furnaces.

Our Organized Installation Process
You’ll know what to expect every step of the way.
- We’ll let you know the names of your technicians and send photos in advance. We also send a sheet explaining what the steps are for the installation process.
- We’ll arrive on schedule with everything we need to get started.
- We protect your home with tarps, and wear booties while walking to and from the work area.
- Once your new furnace is fully installed, we’ll review the system with you so you can control it.
- We’ll call you a few days later to make sure everything’s OK and no questions have come up.
If you have questions at any step along the way, feel free to ask! We’re proud of what we do and we love to explain things.
