ATEL’s technicians came in on time, did a thorough maintenance and fix on our geothermal furnace. Restoring flow for the heated floor, the result is comfort is back. We are very pleased.

Technicians we very professional. They took care to ensure that dirt was not brought into house . They were courteous and explained the new thermostat operation to me. Overall very pleased with the service and the new heat pump.

We were replacing an oil fired furnace and hot water tank with the much more efficient Mitsubishi Zuba system… There is only one word we can come up with to describe the ATEL Air Team and that is EXCELLENT… We would not hesitate to recommend ATEL Air for any Heating, Air Conditioning or Electrical job. A good guide to any Company is its staff and ATEL Air staff have passed with flying colours.

We recently had our propane furnace inspected and were very pleased with the service. The inspection was thorough and well done, and everything was explained clearly and in detail so we felt confident in the results. ATEL recently installed a central heat pump at my house. I really enjoyed dealing with them throughout the whole process. Jackson was quick to provide a quote and follow up. He was also flexible to meet at a time that worked best with my work schedule to discuss quotes. He’s very knowledgeable; He really took the time to explain everything in details, offered the best options… The guys who installed the heat pump were professional, polite and very efficient. They made sure to protect the floors and leave the space clean! I would definitely recommend this company!

Absolutely awesome service. Furnace stopped working during on very cold day and ATEL had someone over to look at the furnace and diagnose the issue very promptly. Greg couldn’t have been more helpful and explained everything thoroughly and ensured the needed repairs when done as soon as possible. Highly recommend ATEL Air!

Great service! Recently had to replace the heat pump unit, we had a really great experience from start to finish… we were given options with a budget, a payment plan option and when install was done it was clean, quick and on budget.

Atel Air was the first one to return my call. Tricia was able to get a technician here same day. Shawn was friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything!

Shane arrived rapidly for an emergency service call – especially appreciated since the gas furnace hadn’t turned on once the heat pump switched over at -15C. He discovered the problem and was able to repair it on the spot. Thank you!

As always, the service done by Adam on Monday was excellent. I am impressed by the knowledge of your service technicians and their commitment to quality service. They are always respectful of our property. It was a pleasure having Adam in our home. Adam is very thorough and I feel he always goes the “extra mile” to ensure that equipment of fully serviced and working at peak performance.

Atel has been doing yearly servicing on our heat pump and tankless since purchased in 2015. Staff is always pleasant, professional, answers all questions. Great team.

The Electrician that handled my job was outstanding! He was punctual, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He did a great job, and left the workspace cleaner than when he started.

From the start when I requested an estimate until the completion of the installation, it was handled by Atel with complete professionalism. Everything was done as promised. All scheduling of the job was completed on time, neat, clean and with minimal disruption. Clear instructions were provided and I would recommend Atel Air Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone.

Atel Air stands by their product and are always easy to contact even when you have a problem. My only regret is that I didn’t have my geothermal installed years earlier.

We had Atel Air install a new On-Demand hot water system and a new air exchanger in our home. The team did an amazing job on the installation, rerouting ductwork and pipes, leaving the furnace/utility room neater and tidier than ever. We’ve noticed that the quality of the air in the house has improved noticeably with the air exchanger and that we can now fill up our oversized en-suite bathtub without running out of hot water!!

THE best heating and air conditioning company to choose, hands down! Excellent customer service-excellent work-professional AND the staff is very friendly! 5 stars across the board!!

The technician was friendly and explained a better way to run our heat pump in the winter to be more efficient. He was on time and professional.

The motor on our furnace went on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend leaving us without AC during a heatwave with a newborn and an older child with asthma.

We called Atel at about 1, a tech was at our place around 2, and we were up and running again within the hour. They didn’t have the exact part covered under warranty for our unit so they put a temporary part in to keep us comfortable until the correct part was received.

Both Kevin, who did the initial service call, and Shane, who did the warranty part replacement later, were both very kind and knowledge. I’d recommend Atel in a heartbeat as they not only care about their clients wellbeing but are also reasonably priced.
