Lead Refrigeration HVAC Service Technician Job Opening

Required Skills and Experience

1. Proven experience in residential, small commercial HVAC & refrigeration service utilizing a 313A refrigeration license and minimum of G2 gas fitters license, $10 hour Bonus for G1 gas fitters license.
2. We provide a focus on geothermal and cold climate high efficiency air source heat pumps with some refrigeration for walk in coolers and freezers.
3. Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a straightforward manner.
4. Comfort in leveraging a tablet and the latest technology to complete work orders for enhanced customer service.
5. Willingness to learn and attend regular training to keep up with the complex systems we sell and service.
6. Ability to work individually and in team formations at times.
