Replaced an older Geo Thermal furnace with a new one and added a new HRV system. Atel Air was fantastic to deal with all the way through the process! Helped us pick the best system for our house, everyone very friendly and professional and day of install went great. Everything working well and explained to me and they left our basement spotless. I highly recommend Atel Air!

First rate service and work. Our existing heat pump had died (after only 26 years), Atel came out and were able to get us running temporarily, as OEM parts were not available for old unit. We purchased a replacement unit from Atel. When it came in they scheduled install with us, were here when they said, did a neat job installing the new unit and removing the old one and tidied up after themselves. The technicians were knowledgeable and polite. All in all well done.

They installed a furnace and hot water heater and they are the best. They are polite and they clean up after the work is complete. I would recommend them always

ATEL Air recently identified the need for efficient air-exchanging and humidity levels to make my home more comfortable. Service Manager Greg Millard inspected the home and suggested an HV installation as well as a humidifier furnace attachment and both were installed by ATEL Air. They’ve made a significant improvement in my home.
ATEL Air also provided the services of an electrician to create separate panels for my cook-top and wall-oven after a kitchen re-do.

Our AC stopped working at dinner time. We placed a call to ATEL Air and within an hour someone was here. Technician determined the issue and replaced the part. We ve been dealing with this company for over a decade and they always follow through for us. Weather if it s the warm summer or cold winter.

A/C broke in the middle of a 35 degree heatwave and Atel Air was there the same day and repaired it. Quick efficient economical workmanship. Would definitely recommend Atel Air for all your heating/air conditioning and electrical needs

I had a few quotes to replace my geothermal furnace and I am beyond happy that I chose Atel. The team from the time I had met with Dwayne to get advice ,to the installers were a solid 10/10.I replaced my 26 year old geothermal furnace to gas furnace with an AC . They were prompt, professional and the work was done efficiently and as quoted . Matt reviewed everything with me after the job was complete leaving me with no questions . The clean up was amazing and I can honestly say I have not one negative thing to say. Hands down for an amazing crew and company . As good as it gets folks.
Crew showed up on time and proceeded to install our new hot water system. They covered the floors in our house in the work area and were very careful removing our two water tanks. Cleaned up after themselves and everything is working as it should. Great job guys! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend the Atel Air team! I was in a bind as our old water heater bit the dust! Jackson Thom came out to visit me this morning and provided me with a very competitive quote to replace it with a Rheem model. I accepted the offer and was only expecting delivery and installation on Monday. This would have been a bit of an inconvenience to us. At lunchtime I received a call from him saying his team could do the work this afternoon!! I was ecstatic! His techs Matt and Adam did a fantastic and professional job in replacing it and ensured all my questions were answered. They cleaned up and left no debris. I am one very happy new customer! An absolutely PHENOMENAL company. Atel, you have always been there when we needed you with the kindest staff we have ever dealt with. We needed a pressure test before Enbridge would re-connect our gas due to a neighbor’s unsecured object damaging our gas meter during a windstorm. Atel got Matt to respond so fast and he was unbelievable. He actually saw that there was a leak on Enbridge’s side of the meter, organized their return, and left his CONTACT DETAILS just in case questions were asked by Enbridge. We have had nothing but incredible service from Atel and you are our one and only HVac company!

We have had excellent service from all the staff at ATEL Air since our geothermal heating/cooling system was installed by them in 2008. We have an ongoing service contract with ATEL Air that ensures our system is fully operational and reliable. It has never been down for any reason. The ATEL Air employees that come to our home twice per year for seasonal tune-ups and inspections are always polite and very helpful when we have questions or concerns. We have absolute confidence in the hardware and service they have provided to us over these 12 years. We highly recommend them without hesitation to anyone requiring heating/cooling services.

The HVAC industry is an incredibly unregulated industry. Do yourself a favour and when selecting a company to do home improvements with choose Jimmie and his team at Atel Air. I had another company install a geothermal system in my house incorrectly ( costing me thousands of dollars) and Jimmie has been insurmountable in answering any questions I have and to make recommendations. Make the right choice the first time.

Great customer service. Called 8 electrical companies only 2 responded (Atel was one). Brian came and cleaned up the electrical in the shed for the pool. Efficient, professional and good value.

The ATEL Air team replaced our old natural gas boiler system with a new Navien NFC250/175 Combi Boiler and the accompanying plumbing and electrical upgrades. Greg’s team of Matt, Larry, Kevin, and Jeff effectively transitioned our 1956 collection of pies and valves into 2023 with professionalism and master craftsmanship. The job was completed in a timely manner with great attention paid to safety and cleanliness. They are a courteous group and very easy to speak to and get clear answers or explanations from. We enjoyed working with them from the initial meeting with Jimmie and Jackson.
Our system had a few “hiccups” that needed to be attended to upon installation and the team at ATEL Air was VERY quick to attend to the modifications and adjustments to MAKE THING RIGHT. We were MOST thankful for their quick attention in these matters and are pleased to be members of their VIP list.

We had Atel Air install a new Daikin Heat Pump and could not be happier with the professional service we received from the advisor to the technicians that installed the equipment. It was a pleasure dealing with a family run company. We will be doing annual service with them.

We have been regular ATEL Air customers for almost 20 years and have always received excellent service. We recently had to have a new furnace installed and the work was carried out very quickly and efficiently. They took special care to cover all the flooring right down to the basement and nothing was left for us to clean up. We look forward to more of this great service in the years to come.
