ATEL Air was fantastic through the whole process. The job was completed as we told it would be. The technicians did a fantastic job of installation for our new furnace and heat pump & when they left the work area was spotless. They took the time to answer any questions and were very helpful in learning how to operate our new system. Job well done. Would definitely recommend.

The technician arrived at the designated appointment time. Checked all 3 units, was respectful of property, didn’t rush through the work and at the end gave a detailed summary of his findings, made some recommendations and explained in detail my questions about heat pumps. Highly recommend ATEL.

3rd Major appliance since moving here. As I lean towards TRANE products I was happy to see they supply same. Last purchase was a 22K generator (B&S), more than happy with the service and products. The men always ensure they clean up and put things back the way they were. P.S. I always have coffee ready for these guys, cold drinks if hot outside.

The Heat Pump installation went extremely well. Your crew arrived exactly on schedule. For 45 yrs I worked as a planner/scheduler so I appreciate that. Everyone was friendly and professional. They took the time to answer any questions. Honestly I couldn’t ask for a better crew… A+++

ATEL technicians were both excellent at diagnosing and ultimately fixing the issue with my hot water unit. There were several levels of failure and they took time to work with the supplier to make sure it could be resolved. ATEL was able to fix the issue and provide info about how to ensure it won’t happen again. Scheduling was easy and efficient and I appreciated being able to speak to a human rather than an automated system.

ATEL’s technician was amazing and explained everything he did. Even the debris he removed from our outdoor central air system he took away which we were very impressed. No mess in the yard or our utility room. Thank you for amazing service.

We have been clients of ATEL Air for 17 years and have never been dissatisfied. Recently we had our propane lines replaced to code. The technician that did the work never stopped all day. He was polite, understanding and very knowledgeable a definite asset to the company. ATEL Air is a company we trust.

My annual Mitsubishi cold climate heat pump servicing was completed on April 17/26 by ATEL Air. They cleaned the blower assembly part of the indoor unit and checked for proper operation of the entire system including ensuring the auxiliary heat function worked properly. My heat pump has worked well since installation…thank you to ATEL Air for providing great service all these years.

Technicians we very professional. They took care to ensure that dirt was not brought into house . They were courteous and explained the new thermostat operation to me. Overall very pleased with the service and the new heat pump.
